This stunning piece, by one of our favorite designers, William Cahill, features a high, sheer neckline, full length sheer sleeves with buttoned cuffs, an empire waistline, back zipper/buttons and a flirty, two layer skirt trimmed in crochet daisy trim. We love the neckline of this piece - it is so intricate.
