MY STORY The Mid Century Collection is designed and reworked in collaboration with No Alterations. The Ophelia Gown is an original 1940s piece, modernized by removing the sleeves and adjusting the neckline to create a stunning, off the shoulder silhouette. It features a deep basque waistline with metal side zipper, ruffled bustle detail at the waistline and a stunning train that extends out into a liquid satin pool as the wearer moves. A truly magnificent gown that is so rich in history yet still feels modern and timeless. This gown is worn with a crinoline petticoat to give the skirt more volume but it could also be worn without.
