MY STORY Absolutely incredible late 70s / early 80s iridescent blue gown by Victor Costa. This exquisite piece features a strapless neckline with dramatic ruffle neckline, zipper up the back, a natural waistline and a voluminous full length skirt with a small train at the back. The Jemma has incredible movement and the color changes with every step! This would make an incredible 'something blue'.
