MY STORY Truly breathtaking baby blue flocked gown. We are pretty sure this dress is a 1930s piece but cannot be sure. It features a sweetheart neckline with a bow style bust, an empire waistline, puff short sleeves and a metal zip up the back. Condition is excellent with no visible flaws.
