VINTAGE

MY STORY An iconic piece of 1970s Mexican hippy fashion from extremely rare and collectible designer Josefa Ibarra. This dress was featured in the Museo de Arte Popular de la Ciudad de México in 2009. The Ximena gown features a scooped neckline, full length sleeves with angel cuffs, a metal zipper up the back and beautiful hand embroidered psychedelic sun god patterns all over. Condition is very good. There is some very minor wear and discoloration. The zip works well but is not fully attached at the bottom. The stitching is also loose in places.
